Since being founded in 1982, LINN ARCHITECTS has grown into an extensive practice offering a full range of in-house architectural, engineering, graphic design, and construction management services.  While our office is located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, we have provided design services nationally in over twenty-three states, with a large focus in the immediate tri-state area.  Having a diverse range of architects, designers, civil engineers, and construction managers in-house, along with well-established relationships with a group of consulting engineers, we thrive with our ability to offer our clients a personal and comprehensive design service.

Robert Linn

Principal/Senior Architect, AIA

Rober Linn, the founder of Linna Architects, boasts a remarkable forty-eight-year career in architecture since graduating from Carnegie Mellon University in 1975. As an esteemed member of AIA and NCARB, he has dedicated forty years to Linn Architects, excelling in diverse areas such as project programming, corporate design, zoning, and historical projects. His expertise spans twenty-three states and fifteen municipalities, where he serves as a third-party IBC code official. Beyond his professional achievements, Bob is an avid model train enthusiast, adding a unique dimension to his multifaceted personality.
